After intensive review with the City of Vancouver, OSS Group has had to make the incredibly difficult to decision today to postpone Canadian E-Fest until 2023. The City of Vancouver fully supports the postponement.
Delivery of a world class event is of the utmost importance to the One Stop Strategy Group.

Created in the historic False Creek district, the 2.21-km, 15-turn temporary circuit uses 56% fewer public streets than the city circuits staged by other top-tier racing series around the world, resulting in minimal impact for city users.
The Main Street-Science World Station will be the primary access point to the world of the Canadian E-Fest weekend. Accessible from a variety of locations, it is fully accessible to people with disabilities. Making all our spaces accessible to everyone is a priority for the Canadian E-Fest.
Should I use earplugs?
Although not necessary for the Formula E race, the noise levels at music concerts can reach high decibels.
What happens if something goes missing during the events?
Science World will serve as command central for customer relations, including a Lost & Found.
Will there be storage areas, so we don’t have to carry everything around all day?
Yes, private storage lockers will be available on site.
Can Formula E can race in the rain?
Definitely, yes. Even high voltage systems like Formula E cars use can be used in water.

Will tickets be available on site?
Tickets will be sold at box offices located at all entry points to the venue.
After the order has been placed, confirmed and the Entrance Tickets are paid, the purchase can no longer be changed or cancelled. A refund is not possible for Entrance Tickets that have been paid. Administration and mediation costs are also not reimbursed.
There is a discount rate for BCIT students on 2 day general admission tickets. BCIT students can access this rate through a weblink provided by the university of by calling our call center. There is no discount rate for senior.
Is there a special rate for children?
The Canadian E-Fest is a family-oriented event, and the Formula E race itself is a very quiet event, emitting less noise than the average vacuum cleaner However, children’s attendance at the conference and concerts should be left to the discretion of the parents. Children 12 years of age and under will have free General Admission (GA) access to the site, to the race and gaming area. Maximum of 2 free children per 1 adult. Children under 2 years old do not require a grandstand seat provided they sit on the lap of a guardian (and therefore do not require a separate seat).
Once a transaction is complete, the sale is final. In order to purchase additional tickets, you will have to create a new order.

The e-tickets can be scanned directly from your phone so no need to print. In fact, as we are promoting sustainability, we have actually moved away from pdf tickets to a mobile version. Should you absolutely require a printable version, please email [email protected]

The Canadian E-Fest website is the only official website for ticket sales. If you purchase a ticket from another website, we cannot guaranty it’s authenticity or validity.
All ticket sales are final. Please refer to the ticket sales terms and conditions agreed upon when purchasing your tickets. Tickets can, however, be transferred to another person within your user profile.
Tickets will be available online until the last day of the event (subject to availability).
You will be able to select your category (GA, Gold or VIP), however the actual seats will be “best available”.
No, changing your seat location will not be possible. All ticket sales are final.
No, your GS 3 or 4 ticket will not give you access to the concert. These tickets provide access to the 2 Canadian E-Fest DAY events.
No, as tickets to the concert are released as “best available”, it will not be possible to select your exact same seat. Race ticket holders in GS3 and GS4 will be asked to vacate the grandstands after the Celebrity race in order for our team to clean and prepare for the concert. You will then re-enter the concert area by having your concert ticket scanned.
Yes, you will be able to remain on site. However, as of 6pm race ticket holders will be asked to move to a specified zone (TBD) to enjoy activities while waiting for the concert to begin. Food and beverages will also be available for purchase.
As of 7pm, concert ticket holders will be able to enter the site via the West Entrance (located near Pacific/the Plaza of Nations).

The Fund is a financial protection plan for travellers administered by the Office de la protection du consommateur. What happens if the Canadian E-Fest is cancelled due to COVID-19?
We anticipate the event will go ahead as planned* but in the unlikely event of cancellations or schedule changes, these will be announced via our website and social networks. *In case of a change of schedule or activities the Canadian E-Fest reserves the right, at its discretion, to refund the tickets or packages up to the purchase price of the ticket or package.
