Delivery of a world class event is of the utmost importance to the One Stop Strategy Group.

    After the order has been placed, confirmed and the Entrance Tickets are paid, the purchase can no longer be changed or cancelled. A refund is not possible for Entrance Tickets that have been paid. Administration and mediation costs are also not reimbursed.

    There is a discount rate for BCIT students on 2 day general admission tickets. BCIT students can access this rate through a weblink provided by the university of by calling our call center. There is no discount rate for senior.

    Is there a special rate for children?
    The Canadian E-Fest is a family-oriented event, and the Formula E race itself is a very quiet event, emitting less noise than the average vacuum cleaner However, children’s attendance at the conference and concerts should be left to the discretion of the parents. Children 12 years of age and under will have free General Admission (GA) access to the site, to the race and gaming area. Maximum of 2 free children per 1 adult. Children under 2 years old do not require a grandstand seat provided they sit on the lap of a guardian (and therefore do not require a separate seat).

  • Can I add tickets to my order after the booking has been processed?

    Once a transaction is complete, the sale is final. In order to purchase additional tickets, you will have to create a new order.

  • Can I request a specific seat/section?

    Yes, you can purchase a specific seat/section by selecting it directly on the grandstand seats chart of your choice. You may also contact our Customer Service Centre at 1 888 70-EFEST (3 3378)

  • Is there a limit to the number of Canadian E-Fest tickets I can purchase?

    The maximum amount of tickets that can be purchased in one transaction is 20. For Group sizes larger than 20, please contact our Customer Service Centre at 1 888 70-EFEST (3 3378)

  • What happens if my tickets are stolen, destroyed or lost?

    Please contact us at [email protected] for any issues with tickets. As these tickets will be sent electronically, you will be able to find them within your MyAccount.

  • Do I need to print my tickets?

    The e-tickets can be scanned directly from your phone so no need to print. In fact, as we are promoting sustainability, we have actually moved away from pdf tickets to a mobile version. Should you absolutely require a printable version, please email [email protected]

  • Will physical tickets be available?

    No, all tickets will be mobile, to be downloaded from your confirmation email.

  • I bought a ticket on another website than the official website, is the ticket valid?

    The Canadian E-Fest website is the only official website for ticket sales. If you purchase a ticket from another website, we cannot guaranty it’s authenticity or validity.

  • Can my tickets be refunded?

    All ticket sales are final. Please refer to the ticket sales terms and conditions agreed upon when purchasing your tickets. Tickets can, however, be transferred to another person within your user profile.

  • Is there a deadline to purchase my tickets online?

    Tickets will be available online until the last day of the event (subject to availability).



  • Can I select my concert tickets?

    You will be able to select your category (GA, Gold or VIP), however the actual seats will be “best available”.

  • If I do not like the location of tickets purchased, can you change them for me?

    No, changing your seat location will not be possible. All ticket sales are final.

  • I already have a Grandstand 3 or 4 ticket for the race. Will it be valid for the Friday night concert?

    No, your GS 3 or 4 ticket will not give you access to the concert. These tickets provide access to the 2 Canadian E-Fest DAY events.

  • I already have a Grandstand 3 or 4 ticket, can I purchase the exact same seat for the Friday night concert?

    No, as tickets to the concert are released as “best available”, it will not be possible to select your exact same seat. Race ticket holders in GS3 and GS4 will be asked to vacate the grandstands after the Celebrity race in order for our team to clean and prepare for the concert. You will then re-enter the concert area by having your concert ticket scanned.

  • Will we be able to stay on-site in between the end of Canadian E-Fest DAY activities and the beginning of the concert?

    Yes, you will be able to remain on site. However, as of 6pm race ticket holders will be asked to move to a specified zone (TBD) to enjoy activities while waiting for the concert to begin. Food and beverages will also be available for purchase.

  • At what time is a concert only ticket holder able to access the Canadian E-Fest site?

    As of 7pm, concert ticket holders will be able to enter the site via the West Entrance (located near Pacific/the Plaza of Nations).

  • Will it be possible to bring my own food & beverage at the concert?

    No, however food and beverages will be available to purchase on site.

  • Will the concert be free for children under 12?

    No, anyone attending the concert requires a ticket.

  • Is there an accessible seating area for the concert?

    Yes, there will be accessible seating available to the right of the stage.
