    The Main Street-Science World Station will be the primary access point to the world of the Canadian E-Fest weekend. Accessible from a variety of locations, it is fully accessible to people with disabilities. Making all our spaces accessible to everyone is a priority for the Canadian E-Fest.

    Should I use earplugs?
    Although not necessary for the Formula E race, the noise levels at music concerts can reach high decibels.

    What happens if something goes missing during the events?
    Science World will serve as command central for customer relations, including a Lost & Found.

  • Storage lockers

    Will there be storage areas, so we don’t have to carry everything around all day?
    Yes, private storage lockers will be available on site.

  • Weather

    Can Formula E can race in the rain?
    Definitely, yes. Even high voltage systems like Formula E cars use can be used in water.

    If you’re coming in from out of town, or if you’re local and want to make a mini-vacation around the Canadian E-Fest, we have you covered with out hand selected locations close to the track.

    Will tickets be available on site?
    Tickets will be sold at box offices located at all entry points to the venue.

  • Refunds and cancellation

    After the order has been placed, confirmed and the Entrance Tickets are paid, the purchase can no longer be changed or cancelled. A refund is not possible for Entrance Tickets that have been paid. Administration and mediation costs are also not reimbursed.

  • Discount rate for student or senior

    There is a discount rate for BCIT students on 2 day general admission tickets. . BCIT students can access this rate through a weblink provided by the university of by calling our call center. There is no discount rate for senior.

  • Child rate

    Is there a special rate for children?
    The Canadian E-Fest is a family-oriented event, and the Formula E race itself is a very quiet event, emitting less noise than the average vacuum cleaner However, children’s attendance at the conference and concerts should be left to the discretion of the parents. Children 12 years of age and under will have free General Admission (GA) access to the site, to the race and gaming area. Maximum of 2 free children per 1 adult. Children under 2 years old do not require a grandstand seat provided they sit on the lap of a guardian (and therefore do not require a separate seat).

  • How do I know whether the tickets I want are still available?

  • Can I add tickets to my order after the booking has been processed?

    Once a transaction is complete, the sale is final. In order to purchase additional tickets, you will have to create a new order.

  • Can I request a specific seat/section?

  • Is there a limit to the number of Canadian E-Fest tickets I can purchase?

    The maximum amount of tickets that can be purchased in one transaction is 20. For Group sizes larger than 20, please contact our Customer Service Centre at 1 888 70-EFEST (3 3378)

  • What happens if my tickets are stolen, destroyed or lost?

    Please contact us at [email protected] for any issues with tickets. As these tickets will be sent electronically, you will be able to find them within your MyAccount.

  • Do I need to print my tickets?

    The e-tickets can be scanned directly from your phone so no need to print. In fact, as we are promoting sustainability, we have actually moved away from pdf tickets to a mobile version. Should you absolutely require a printable version, please email [email protected]

  • Will physical tickets be available?

    No, all tickets will be mobile, to be downloaded from your confirmation email.

  • I bought a ticket on another website than the official website, is the ticket valid?

    The Canadian E-Fest website is the only official website for ticket sales. If you purchase a ticket from another website, we cannot guaranty it’s authenticity or validity.

  • Can my tickets be refunded?

    All ticket sales are final. Please refer to the ticket sales terms and conditions agreed upon when purchasing your tickets. Tickets can, however, be transferred to another person within your user profile.

  • Is there a deadline to purchase my tickets online?

    Tickets will be available online until the last day of the event (subject to availability).

  • What is the Compensation Fund for Customers of Travel Agents?

    The Fund is a financial protection plan for travellers administered by the Office de la protection du consommateur. The Fund reimburses you for paid tourism services (plane tickets, hotel rooms, cruises, etc.) that you have not received, on condition that these services were purchased from a travel agency that holds a licence from the Office.

  • What type of payment do you accept?

    All major credit cards will be accepted. Visa and Mastercard debit will also be accepted.

  • My payment was refused, what should I do?

    If for some reason your payment fails, or if you wish to pay using another method, then follow these steps to complete the payment:
    – Click “My Account”
    – Log into your account Choose “My Orders”
    – Click “pay now” on the outstanding invoice and follow the steps to complete payment.
    Please note that as soon as you have received a confirmation for the completion of your payment, the Entrance Tickets are reserved for you.

  • What method of shipment is used?

    All tickets will be virtual, sent by email or available within MyAccount.

  • When will my tickets be delivered?

    You will receive a confirmation email immediately after completing your purchase. Your e-ticket(s) will be sent in a second email following the payment.
